Maselis Prize 2016
On Saturday December 10, Geert Serneels received the Maselis Prize 2016.
This is a 2 yearly prize for an important original work in the area of Child Psychotherapy and/or Child Psychiatry awarded by the Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium for Science and the Arts.
“Besides a clear scientific basis should this work in the first place to contribute directly to improved clinical supervision of children in relation to a specific or broad, outsourcing or internalizing behavior problems. Working preferably in the form of a concrete disclosed innovative method that can be adopted by other practitioners. This award is intended for Belgian graduates or master’s degree in clinical psychology and psychiatric medicine. The prize may be awarded to a person or group.”
